A clear waterproofer for Floors, Walls and Decorative surfaces. For horiz. surfaces, use alone on concrete or as a vapor barrier under adhesive and flooring. On vertical surfaces, resists driving rain and 98 mph wind on exterior surfaces and hydrostatic pressure on interior walls.
