This advanced clear sealant has outstanding adhesion to a variety of surfaces, and provides a long lasting rubberized seal for almost any application. Great for sealing around decorative or visible areas where a noticeable patch is not desirable. This premium formula has outstanding UV resistance, stays clear and will not “yellow or cloud” over time like other products. It is ideal for repairing cracks in exterior or interior applications where clear elastic seal is desired. Product is water based, and will have a cloudy white appearance when applied, but dries clear. Can be painted if needed.

• Asphalt shingle, slate, tile, metal, & wood shake roofs. Also seals to and around: skylights, wood, glass, stucco, brick, stone, gutters, chimneys and siding.

What It Does:

• Seals cracks to stop water leaks, or seal air drafts.

What is needed to complete the job?

• Putty knife, trowel, gloves.

Prep The Area:

• Surfaces must be clean and dry, and free of dirt, rust and other material.

How To Apply:

• Use trowel/ putty knife to spread patch across or into crack, seam, hole or area where leak is, or may occur.

How Much Do I Need?

• One quart covers 8 sq. ft. when applied 50 mil thick.

Do's And Don'ts:

• Apply in interior or exterior applications.Wear Protective gloves.

For Best Results:

• Use product on a clear warm day when temperatures are above 65°f.work product to an even consistency over the area to be sealed. Use a trowel to spread over repair if needed. Product should be allowed to dry at least 24 hours before exposure to rain.

How To Clean-Up:

• Clean tools with soap and water when wet.
