Insulated galvanized steel wire for electric fence. Made to be buried directly underground. The use of 1/2 in. PVC pipe will add to the life of the wire and make replacement easier. Two layers of polyethylene over class III galvanized steel wire. Perfect for underground use and to connect fence charger to fence. Withstands 20,000 volts.
