"RUST-OLEUM" CONCRETE RE-SURFACER
A 2-part cementitious microtopping that uses a liquid polymer instead of water to create a bond stronger than concrete. Kit includes dry resurfacer blend, liquid polymer, metal mixing blade and detailed instructions.
