Description

Kool Seal® Elastomeric Base Coat is a 100% acrylic roofing coating designed to provide maximum adhesion to all surfaces. Its ability to expand and contract with the roof provides long lasting protection and provides an excellent surface for application of Kool Seal® Elastomeric finish coats.

  • 4.75 gallon
  • Recommended for troublesome roofs including: modified bitumen
  • Rolled roofing
  • Bonded tar & gravel
  • Built-up roofs & most asphaltic surfaces
  • Also recommended for roof problems: ponded water areas, standing water areas & flat roofs
  • Use with the kool seal elastomeric roof coating system to repair & prevent leaks.
